Passionate about gastronomy, after graduating with excellence he forged his admiration for the typical ancestral flavors of México within the Quintonil restaurants of the famous Chef Jorge Vallejo and the Azul y Oro cafes with Chef Ricardo Muñoz Zurita, considered as the ambassadors of art Mexican culinary in the world. Passing through the haute cuisine of Mexico City recently wanted to launch their own projects in the framework of “Buenavida fonda”, “Malavida cantina” in the Colonia Roma DF, to check their motto “good and well done things do not have to be excessively expensive”.
