Went to cooking school and returned to \u00d6stersund in 2010 after seven years cooking in some of Norway&#8217;s top restaurants. Started up a small restaurant in \u00d6stersund called SOLO and now chef &amp; co-owner at Jazzk\u00f6ket. Rated one of the top restaurants according to the White Guide and recently winner of sustainable restaurant of the year in Sweden. Passionate about old Swedish cooking techniques and local raw material.
