Since its opening - August 1994 - Trio Restaurant bar café; quickly became one of Vallarta’s most highly recommended dining spots; this cosmopolitan casual elegant eatery located in a remodeled townhouse in the heart of Puerto Vallarta features a multilevel restaurant with an open courtyard, sandstone fountain, colorful paintings, al fresco painted walls and Tiffany style windows reflecting a warm setting which seems to invite people to enjoy good food and good conversation. Along the year special events take place like Art Showings, Rehearsal dinners, concerts as well as large group gatherings or cozy intimate dinners..
