Since its opening in August of 1994, Trio Restaurant Bar Café has quickly become one of Vallarta’s most highly recommended dining spots. A cosmopolitan, casual, elegant eatery located in a remodeled townhouse in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, Trio features a multi-level restaurant with an open courtyard, a sandstone fountain, colorful paintings, al fresco painted walls, and Tiffany-style windows that reflect the warm setting. The atmosphere invites people to enjoy good food and good conversation.

Throughout the year, we hold special events such as art exhibitions, rehearsal dinners, and concerts, as well as group gatherings and cozy, intimate dinners.
