A natural approach to Swedish cuisine

Grew up in the small town of Sollefteå on the east coast of Sweden and moved to Östersund when he was 10-years-old. Went to cooking school and returned to Östersund in 2010 after seven years cooking in some of Norway’s top restaurants. Started up a small restaurant in Östersund called SOLO and now chef & co-owner at Jazzköket. Rated one of the top restaurants according to the White Guide and recently winner of sustainable restaurant of the year in Sweden. Passionate about old Swedish cooking techniques and local raw material. He’s also passionate about light design, carpentry, music and great rum.
